Kenna came into care as a tiny 10 week old who was on the brink of death. She and her brother and sister were found in a driveway in the pouring cold rain. Kenna and her siblings are miracles. Kenna has a poor immune system, which means she will need to be indoor only and kept up to date with her vaccinations. She has overcome flu multiple times, malnourishment and ringworm. She unfortunately has permanent damage to her eye due to the infections she had as a baby. Kenna and her siblings spent many weeks petrified of people, completely untrusting and afraid. Kenna is now the most sociable of her family, eager for attention any chance she gets. She loves to head boop, rub against you and rollover for affection, however this will take time in a new home environment with new people, so someone patient is a must. She has not been around dogs, so may need time to adjust, however loves the company of other cats. She is only recommended to be around older kids as young boisterous kids may scare her and place her in a regressive state. Kenna is very playful, so toys are a great way to bond with her and form that special connection.

Kimble came into care as a tiny 10 week old stray found in a driveway, soaking wet, very sick, full of flu and ringworm. Kimble spent 2 days in hospital hanging on by a thread, he wasn't expected to survive. By some miracle, he has pulled through and is now a healthy 6 month old boy. While he has physically recovered from his illnesses, he still struggled mentally. Kimble is very timid and often runs away and hides from human interaction, although is becoming more curious. He will need a very patient family who has time to slowly earn his trust. He loves to play, and would love other cats in the home who are friendly and confident to really bring him out of his shell. He is untested with dogs, but may adjust to smaller dogs or outdoor dogs only. He would do best without loud kids, perhaps only suited to quiet teens. In time, we believe he will make a beautiful companion for a calm family who can learn to appreciate his trauma and work with him through it.

Koa came into care as an itty bitty 10 week old on the brink of death with her siblings. She struggled with flu and ringworm often in the first few weeks, for this reason her immune system is still weak, therefore indoor would be best. She is now physically recovered, however mentally is the most fragile of her siblings. She is extremely timid and nervous, often hiding behind curtains or baskets when humans step into her space. She is very flighty, often running to escape touch or attention. Because of her reservations, she will need a family that can provide her daily attention while crated or in a pen, earning her trust with LOTS of patience and ambition to bring her tender, gentle, affectionate side out, because it is in there! She would need a home ideally without any kids, loud family members and a busy environment. She may settle better with friendly outgoing cats in the home to help teach her humans can be kind. Koa is a precious little girl who has been through an awful lot and absolutely deserves to find someone who will give her all their love and bring her back from the fear she has developed. She would love someone who thrives on a challenge, and will be determined to change her perspective on humans.
